3 Ingredient Cookies

3 ingredient cookies are simple and easy to make cookies with 3 simple ingredients. These cookies taste like short bread cookies with a rich buttery flavor with mild sweet.
The preparation takes only few minutes but the dough needs to be chilled for at least 30 minutes to prevent spreading Also I sliced the cookies bit thicker and used the confectionery sugar. The cookies can be made with the regular granulated sugar also.
